While Przekurat ranks among the best known walleye professionals, he had to best other pros that were having an excellent tournament season to win the title. Przekurat, who finished 60th in the NWT Lake Sakakawea stop Sept. 10-11, finished 29th at Oconto, Wis. on Green Bay July 24th and 25th at Sault St. Marie, Mich., on Aug. 14.
